Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to address potential safety concerns.
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local safety regulations and ensure company adherence.
- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all construction sites.
