Job Description
- Source and identify high-potential candidates for teaching and school-based roles
- Use job boards, social media, and outreach strategies to build candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Track and manage candidates using our applicant tracking system
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree (or currently completing one but must be avail ASAP, not in May)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or education
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
