Description
- Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Develop, track, and improve quality KPIs to drive operational performance
- Manage corrective action programs and root cause investigations
- Partner with customers, operations, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality best practices

Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10 years of quality leadership experience with direct manufacturing environments
- Experience working within ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or comparable quality systems
- Prior leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Experience within EMS, contract manufacturing, SMT, or box build operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement tools
