Job Description
- Lead and support ISO 9001 internal and external audits
- Manage corrective actions and perform root cause analysis using 8D methodologies
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
- Support quality activities related to CNC and CMM inspection equipment
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues
- Review and approve PPAPs and First Article Inspections (FAIs)
- Communicate quality standards and problem-solving initiatives across cross-functional teams
The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in a Quality leadership role within manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- ISO 9001 auditing experience
- Strong working knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPAs
- Experience managing/improving Quality Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain or possess a valid Illinois FOID card
- Base salary ranging from $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
- 3 weeks of PTO
