Description

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support product development teams in defining quality requirements and specifications.
  • Train and guide staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in manufacturing, CAD design (SolidWorks preferred), and ability to develop CMM programs and fixtures.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports.
