Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support product development teams in defining quality requirements and specifications.
- Train and guide staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.
- Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements.

Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector.
- Experience in manufacturing, CAD design (SolidWorks preferred), and ability to develop CMM programs and fixtures.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
