Job Description
- Design and implement process controls, SPC, inspection, and testing methods
- Lead root cause analysis, CAPAs, and failure investigations
- Conduct internal quality system audits and support continuous improvement
- Lead APQP activities to ensure product and process validation
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting tools
- Support MRB activities and collaborate with engineering to prevent recurrence

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Quality Engineer Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Certified Quality Engineer preferred
- 3-7 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and audit requirements
- Experience with CAPA, APQP, SPC, FMEA, and GD&T
- Background in precision manufacturing, machining, or fabrication
- Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills
