Job Description
- Develop and maintain control plans to ensure products meet specifications and contract requirements
- Partner with design and production teams to define quality standards, inspection methods, and procedures
- Drive quality improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, scrap reduction, and supplier performance
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product, process, and system non‑conformances
- Participate in internal audits and ensure corrective actions are completed and verified effectively
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards (preferred)
- Experience using quality analysis and problem‑solving tools
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC or DMADV; Six Sigma certification is a plus
