Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Control Manager, you will support Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure all construction activities meet contract, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will lead the full Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program and serve as the authority on quality across multiple active projects.
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify, document, and resolve non‑conforming work
- Enforce safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385‑1‑1, and project‑specific standards
- Lead training sessions related to quality and safety compliance
- Manage mishap investigations and ensure proper reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and submit all quality control documentation, logs, and reports
- Develop and oversee the Project Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Lead and document Three‑Phase Control Meetings (Preparatory, Initial, Follow‑Up)

For The Quality Control Manager Role, We Are Seeking
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including 2 years as Primary Quality Control Manager on federal projects
- Proven experience with USACE, NAVFAC, VA, or similar federal agencies
- Strong knowledge of OSHA 30, EM 385‑1‑1, and federal construction standards
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals
- Skilled with RMS/QCS, Microsoft Word/Excel, and platforms such as Bluebeam or Procore
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Must meet government clearance requirements and pass pre‑employment screening
- Valid driver's license; ability to perform field inspections
- This position requires travel.
