We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Utilities Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects related to water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage utility infrastructure projects including water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater systems, and related civil works.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, municipal agencies, and utility providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and change order management.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure quality control.
  • Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Profile



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil utilities or infrastructure project management.
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
