Top tier estimators, project managers and support staff are all needed immediatly. We are mid sized Miscellaneous metals manufacturer / installer based out of Southern NJ. Most of our work comes from the largest Steel Fabricators in the US. We are looking to expand our team with hard working, dedicated individuals.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Vineland, NJ. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting efforts, managing project logistics, conducting progress inspections, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The role also involves troubleshooting project-related challenges and ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Expeditor and Expediting tasks, including tracking and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Experience in the steel industry including miscellaneous metals and structural steel. 5 years.
- Strong Project Management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure projects meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Logistics Management expertise for coordinating supply chains and overall resource movement effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is required.
- Must be able to read and understand construction documents and steel fabrication drawings.
