Job Description
- Manage multiple tenant improvement projects simultaneously
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
- Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Track project financials and change orders
The Successful Applicant
- 4-8 years experience with commercial construction
- TI/interiors experience strongly preferred
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
