Job Description
- Manage all phases of interiors construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with building management and tenant requirements
- Drive schedule adherence in high-pressure, fast-track environments
- Oversee safety protocols and quality assurance efforts
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of project management experience in corporate interiors
- Experience managing tenant improvement or office buildouts
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Annual bonus (10-20%)
