Job Description
- Manage tenant improvement and renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet established goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
