Job Description

• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from initial scope through project completion.
• Track project schedules and priorities to keep work moving according to agreed plans.
• Monitor project progress and address day-to-day issues that affect delivery.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify needs, timelines, and next steps.
• Maintain project documentation to provide accurate, current information for active work.
• Review project requirements and organize tasks needed to meet defined deliverables.
• Communicate project updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
• Close out completed project work and confirm required project records are in place.

A Successful Project Manager - Rochester, NY Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, industrial, or public-sector construction projects.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED are considered a plus.
