Job Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from precon to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
