Job Description
- Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Utilise Procore to maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow management
- Oversee concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction activities

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 base (negotiable based on experience)
