Job Description
- Manage multifamily, hospitality, and townhome community projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, pay applications, and cost reporting
- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and communication
- Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor or developer
- Strong financial acumen, including pay applications and cost reporting
- Proficiency with Procore
- Multifamily and/or hospitality construction experience preferred
- Degree preferred but not required
- Looking for a team-oriented professional interested in long-term growth
- Base salary up to $150,000 (fully negotiable based on experience)
