Job Description

• Manage multiple construction projects from precon to closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager Should Have

• 7-10 years' project management experience (PM role)
• Proven delivery of $40M ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contracts
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
