Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Identify and resolve project issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
