Job Description

• Manage ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
• Coordinate procurement, contract administration, and project reporting
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained on all projects
• Collaborate with field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction
• Ground-up industrial project experience preferred
• Commercial construction experience will also be considered
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
• Open to occasional travel throughout Texas and surrounding regions
