Job Description

As the Project Manager II, you'll take full ownership of your projects - from early planning through close-out.

• Lead multiple healthcare projects at once or manage a larger, more complex assignment
• Own budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls (and know how to course-correct when needed)
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders
• Manage phased renovations and new construction in active, occupied healthcare environments
• Handle change orders, procurement, and contract administration with confidence
• Be the main point of contact for clients and consultants - clear, responsive, and solutions-focused
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance in highly regulated facilities

The Successful Applicant

For The Project Manager II, We Are Seeking

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in active hospitals or regulated environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects or a larger, high-visibility job
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
• Clear communicator who can work comfortably with hospital staff, consultants, and field teams
• Practical, calm leadership style
