As the Project Manager II, you'll take full ownership of your projects - from early planning through close-out.
- Lead multiple healthcare projects at once or manage a larger, more complex assignment
- Own budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls (and know how to course-correct when needed)
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders
- Manage phased renovations and new construction in active, occupied healthcare environments
- Handle change orders, procurement, and contract administration with confidence
- Be the main point of contact for clients and consultants - clear, responsive, and solutions-focused
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance in highly regulated facilities
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Manager II, We Are Seeking
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction
- Hands-on experience delivering projects in active hospitals or regulated environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects or a larger, high-visibility job
- Strong working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
- Clear communicator who can work comfortably with hospital staff, consultants, and field teams
- Practical, calm leadership style
