What You’ll Do
As a Renovation Project Superintendent, you’ll lead by example and help deliver successful projects by:
- Coordinating Projects: Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Managing Schedules: Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and sequence work for efficiency.
- Ensuring Quality: Enforce safety standards, maintain compliance with OSHA, and hold all parties accountable to LUMA’s quality standards.
- Tracking Costs: Monitor budgets, assist with change orders, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Documenting Thoroughly: Maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and correspondence in an organized manner.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges as they arise.
- Communicating Clearly: Provide consistent updates to the Renovation Project Manager and Asset Managers.

You’re a motivated, solutions-driven professional who thrives on managing details while seeing the bigger picture. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or renovation supervision.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Planner, Excel).
- Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications.
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, site safety enforcement, permits, and inspection coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish-language proficiency.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager (job cost module preferred).
- Familiarity with Paycom time and attendance software.
- Knowledge of construction management or accounting software.
- Understanding of construction accounting principles.
