Description

  • Manage end-to-end healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any challenges promptly.
  • Ensure all projects meet healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Lead project meetings and foster effective collaboration among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Project Manager (Healthcare) should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the healthcare sector (5 years).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
