Job Description
- Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects valued at $20M
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site operations
- Maintain active communication with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Lead onsite teams, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met
- Review design documents, coordinate RFIs/submittals, and resolve field issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies
- Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on at least one ground-up building
- Experience with major builds such as apartments, schools, hospitals, libraries, or universities in the DMV
- Proven success managing projects of $20M
- OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred
- Proficient with MS Office and standard construction management tools
- Competitive salary ranging from $100000 to $135000 USD annually.
