Job Description

• Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects valued at $20M
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site operations
• Maintain active communication with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Lead onsite teams, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are met
• Review design documents, coordinate RFIs/submittals, and resolve field issues
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety policies
• Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on at least one ground-up building
• Experience with major builds such as apartments, schools, hospitals, libraries, or universities in the DMV
• Proven success managing projects of $20M
• OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and standard construction management tools
