Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial Construction

Lead a new ground-up institutional project for an established Florida commercial general contractor. This role offers ownership of the project from preconstruction through closeout, with future work concentrated close to home.

A growing Florida commercial GC with 10 years of experience across general contracting, construction management, and design-build. The business emphasizes personalized client service, detailed planning, open communication, quality craftsmanship, and rigorous jobsite safety.

Description

* Manage a $7M-$8M ground-up commercial project

* Oversee schedule, budget, contracts, and procurement

* Coordinate subcontractors, architects, and ownership

* Lead project meetings and maintain client communication

* Manage project delivery through turnover and closeout

Profile

* Proven ground-up commercial construction experience

* Project Manager experience with a commercial GC

* Education or institutional projects strongly preferred

* Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills

* Able to work on projects within the local market

Job Offer

* $100K-$120K base salary

* 3 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, and company bonus program

* 50% healthcare contribution, supplemental insurance, 401(k) match up to 3%
