Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting and planning
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee project schedules, costs, and quality control
- Report directly to the Greenville Market Lead
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Background in higher education, institutional, or school projects
- Experience with negotiated or CMaR project delivery
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Viewpoint
$100,000 - $140,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus profit sharing
- Company vehicle or $850/month allowance fuel card
- 100% healthcare premium covered (individual) 401k match
