Job Description
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
- Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project success.
- Monitor project performance, schedule milestones, and cost control measures.
- Identify and resolve complex project challenges while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support large-scale mission critical, industrial, and technical construction projects across multiple markets.
- Travel as required to support ongoing and future projects throughout the Southeast and other U.S. regions.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on large commercial construction projects.
- Strong mechanical and MEP construction expertise.
- Experience on data center, mission critical, light industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other technically complex projects.
- Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $300M is highly preferred.
- Strong employment tenure with reputable general contractors, EPC firms, or large construction organizations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Collaborative, humble leadership style with a focus on teamwork and culture fit.
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 USD benefits
