Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - MD will be responsible for:
- Assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management
- Coordinating RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Supporting scheduling and procurement activities
- Participating in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Helping ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams
The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - MD should have:
- 5 years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Experience working on projects $5M
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps or other related construction management software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - MD may receive:
- Base compensation up to $150k (depending on experience)
