Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Washington, DC will be responsible for:
- Take full responsibility for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules from start to finish
- Oversee all project financials, including issuing, negotiating, and executing client‑facing change orders
- Lead OAC meetings with confidence-setting agendas, documenting minutes, tracking action items, and aligning stakeholders
- Manage interiors projects across office, retail, restaurant, education, government, and specialty spaces ranging from $1M-$20M
- Utilize Procore's Financial Management tools to manage budgets, commitments, forecasts, and documentation
- Balance high‑level project strategy with hands‑on administrative oversight to keep projects on time and on budget
- Navigate both private and DC government project processes effectively
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - Washington, DC should have:
- 3-5 years of experience managing interiors construction projects as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated ability to independently take ownership of schedule development and schedule updates
- Proven experience managing cost control, financial workflows, and client‑facing change orders
- Experience leading OAC meetings with minimal oversight
