Job Description
Project Leadership & Execution
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage project cost reporting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Oversee contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and pay applications.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accountability for project financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
- Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication throughout construction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Support the company's reputation for exceptional service and project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
- Total Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000
- Annual Bonus: Performance-based
