Job Description

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
