About Our Client

Our client is a top contractor, not only in the Carolinas, but also the entire country! They are a Top 400 ENR GC that has been building in the Carolinas for over 100 years. They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great relationships with clients and subs in the markets they serve. They build healthcare, life sciences, higher ed, and assited living. There has been a significant amount of growth in the Raleighmarket and they are currently looking to add to their team.

Job Description

The Project Manager - $20M Commercial Projects - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Leading commercial projects from start through completion
• Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
• Coordinating with necessary project team members
• Positive client feedback/satisfaction
• Building relationships with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - $20M Commercial Projects - Raleigh should have:

• 5 years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
• Experience on ground-up healthcare construction projects is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
• Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
• Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
• Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
• Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
• Local to Raleigh preferred, though relocators will be considered

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $100,000-$140,000
