Our Client:
We are representing a 100% employee-owned, ENR Top 400 General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join their Raleigh team. The company has 7 regional offices, 550 employee-owners, and generates approximately $2B in annual revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
- Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule
- Enforce site safety standards and company safety culture
- Ensure quality control and workmanship meet project specifications
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee site logistics, inspections, and project closeout
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8 years of experience in the construction field, highly focused on superintendent work
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, tilt-wall, site work, warehouse, or healthcare projects
- Proven success delivering ground-up new construction projects
- General Contracting experience preferred
Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package including a base salary up to $180,000 (depending on experience), a car allowance, a project-based bonus structure, and participation in a profit-sharing ESOP program.
