Job Description
Project Management
- Support overall project delivery including budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Assist in developing estimates and value engineering solutions
- Coordinate and manage the subcontractor bidding process
- Track and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Help negotiate subcontracts and material procurement
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Participate in project closeout activities
- Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
- Support coordination between owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Participate in jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to client satisfaction and project success
- Assist with client presentations, interviews, and business development efforts
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency with construction management software and document control systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Competitive base salary between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on level of experience
