Job Description
The Program Manager will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:
- Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to meet program objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, identifying any challenges and proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering,Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with complex requirements.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electronics production, and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and experience with ERP systems.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
