Description
A client is hiring for an Production Support Specialist. This person will act as the first line of defense for brokerage system issues. They will focus on diagnosing and resolving incidents across trading, risk, and settlement workflows, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development teams to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage servers using Python, SQL, and Linux to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee and maintain broker systems to ensure seamless functionality and compliance.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and achieving operational goals.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively in Chinese to support diverse team and client needs.
Profile
Must Haves
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (must be at least business proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese)
- 5 years of experience with Python, SQL and Linux
- Financial Services industry background
