About Our Client

Our client is a family‑owned machining manufacturer with deep roots in the industry and a hands‑on approach to how they work. They specialize in custom machining solutions, partnering closely with customers to solve real production challenges, not just run parts.

The business supports a wide range of industries, producing high‑quality, precision components where reliability and consistency matter. Decisions are made locally, leaders are accessible, and there's a strong sense of accountability on the shop floor.

What sets them apart is how they combine technical expertise with long‑term thinking. They invest in their people, equipment, and processes, and they value practical problem solving over shortcuts. It's a stable environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are taken seriously, and where employees can see the impact of their work every day.

  • Lead and hold full accountability for all production staff.
  • Troubleshoot technical and process issues alongside the team.

  • Coordinate new equipment installs and facility modifications.
