Job Description
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and resolve production-related challenges.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve uptime and performance.
- Lead cost reduction, scrap reduction, and downtime improvement initiatives.
- Drive process optimization efforts to improve efficiency, output, and product quality.
- Support new product introductions and transfer projects from R&D into manufacturing.
- Develop process documentation, train employees, and participate in corrective action and root cause investigations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable spending significant time on the manufacturing floor working directly with production teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset; Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, or quality systems experience is a plus.
