Description
We're seeking a Preconstruction Manager with proven experience on OSHPD/HCAI projects to lead early-stage project planning, conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, and client-facing preconstruction efforts for major healthcare builds across Los Angeles. You'll work closely with design teams, trade partners, and internal leadership to drive accurate budgets, schedules, and value-engineering strategies from concept through GMP.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all preconstruction phases for healthcare projects, including estimating, scope development, and bid strategy
- Deliver detailed OSHPD/HCAI-related analysis, constructability reviews, and compliance planning
- Work directly with clients, architects, and internal teams to guide design development and cost alignment
- Build strong relationships with trade partners and oversee competitive bidding processes
- Support handoff to operations and maintain involvement through early project execution
Profile
- Strong background in OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects (required)
- Ability to lead client presentations and coordinate with design teams
