Job Description

• Manage plant operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain and logistics operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
