Job Description
- Lead day to day project management for private academic and public sector builds within Rhode Island
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and document control
- Manage relationships with owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, budget controls, and schedule milestones
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project reporting, coordination, and documentation

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Ten or more years of experience as a Project Manager in construction management or OPM environments
- Background in academic, public, or healthcare projects with at least one aligning to their core markets
- Strong technical understanding of project sequencing, documentation, and owner representation
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to be onsite at Providence area projects and commute throughout Rhode Island
