Job Description

• Lead day to day project management for private academic and public sector builds within Rhode Island
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and document control
• Manage relationships with owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, budget controls, and schedule milestones
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project reporting, coordination, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Manager Should Have

• Ten or more years of experience as a Project Manager in construction management or OPM environments
• Background in academic, public, or healthcare projects with at least one aligning to their core markets
• Strong technical understanding of project sequencing, documentation, and owner representation
• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to be onsite at Providence area projects and commute throughout Rhode Island
