Job Description
- Serves as the steward of the jobsite, taking full ownership of multifamily projects from groundbreaking through turnover
- Acts as a long term partner to clients, focused on delivering exceptional buildings and repeat relationships
- Manages daily field operations with an emphasis on safety, schedule adherence, and efficient coordination
- Leads and collaborates with subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork
- Builds strong, trust based relationships with owners, architects, and project teams through clear communication
- Maintains a sharp focus on quality, constructability, and attention to detail at every phase of construction
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues to keep projects moving smoothly and avoid downstream impacts
- Upholds the highest standards of workmanship to ensure buildings perform well and age gracefully
- Approaches each project as a reflection of shared values, pride, consistency, and commitment to excellence
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a superintendent on multifamily or mixed-use construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead field operations from project start through successful turnover
- Strong commitment to long term with clients and subcontractors
- Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
