Job Description
- Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Resolve any on-site issues and proactively address potential delays or challenges.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Implement quality control measures to meet the highest construction standards.
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal use of materials and labor.

A Successful Multifamily Superintendent Should Have
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground‑up multifamily projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with Charlotte‑area multifamily experience.
- Experience with wood‑frame construction is required.
- Demonstrated job tenure and stability.
- Comfortable running a full project site with limited day‑to‑day oversight.
- Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
