Job Description
- Oversee daily framing activities on multifamily job sites
- Coordinate and manage framing subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications
- Work closely with the Lead Superintendent and project leadership
- Assist with inspections, sequencing, and issue resolution
- Support overall site operations during key framing milestones
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years of framing experience
- Open to a framing subcontractor foreman looking to transition to a full‑scale General Contractor
- Strong understanding of wood‑frame multifamily construction
- Motivated individual interested in long‑term career growth
