Description
As the Assistant Superintendent, reporting to the site leadership team, you will support daily field operations across large multifamily projects.
- Assist with onsite coordination, subcontractor oversight, and quality control
- Support scheduling, site safety, and progress reporting
- Maintain documentation and assist with Procore input
- Communicate with internal teams and subcontractors to drive daily progress
- Support project delivery on time, on budget, and to spec
Profile
For the Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:
- Experience supporting ground‑up multifamily projects (renovation experience acceptable for early‑career)
- Texas construction experience
- Stable employment tenure (minimum 2-3 years per role)
- Strong computer literacy; degree preferred
- Procore experience beneficial
