Description
As the Assistant Project Manager, reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the execution of multiple ground‑up multifamily projects.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, budgets, buyout, and schedule coordination
- Support subcontractor communication and documentation
- Help drive project controls, including Procore inputs
- Track progress against schedule and cost goals
- Coordinate with field teams and leadership
- Contribute to successful delivery of complex projects
Profile
For the Assistant Project Manager we are seeking:
- Multifamily project experience (all types considered)
- Texas project history required
- Strong computer literacy; degree preferred
- Solid professional stability (2-3 years per employer)
- Procore experience helpful but not mandatory
