Job Description

• Perform microbiological testing and analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement protocols for sample preparation, testing, and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain lab equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality and process improvements.
• Interpret and document test results, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct regular environmental monitoring and contamination control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on microbiological techniques and best practices.

A Successful Microbiologist Should Have

• A degree in microbiology, biology, or a related scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods and techniques.
