Job Description
- Manage 2-6 concurrent projects valued at $260K-$8M
- Lead projects from bid award through execution and closeout
- Act as primary client contact, ensuring design intent is met
- Partner with superintendents to support site execution

- 7-12 years of commercial construction PM experience
- Strong design-build and constructability knowledge

- Salary range of $95,000-$120,000
