Job Description

• Support a Senior Superintendent on active healthcare renovation projects* Coordinate subcontractors with emphasis on MEP and infection control* Maintain detailed schedules, safety plans, and daily field reporting* Occasionally perform hands-on work as needed in the field* Act as a visible leader and key point of contact for clients onsite

The Successful Applicant

• 3-6 years of commercial superintendent experience* Strong understanding of MEP systems in healthcare settings* OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred or obtained quickly* Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable leading subcontractors* Valid driver's license; able to pass a background check

Salary range: $90,000-$120,000 base ~15% annual bonus* Vehicle allowance ($425/month for truck) plus gas card and cell stipend* PTO starting at 2-3 weeks, 7 sick days, and all federal holidays* Health plan reimbursement ($1,100-$1,500/month) and growth-focused leadership support
