Job Description
- Lead the preconstruction process, including cost estimating, budgeting, and scheduling for multiple construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to develop accurate project scopes and objectives.
- Analyze construction documents and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Oversee value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the preconstruction team to support their professional growth and success.
- Monitor market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive positioning in the construction industry.
