Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations at all project sites.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the construction team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

A Successful Director Of Construction Should Have

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects in the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
